I joined the Firm in 2004 having previously worked following qualification at a West End London Firm, where I gained experience in general Commercial Property work, including acting for major National Retailers and Developers.

Since joining Sharratts I have acted mainly for Registered Provider clients and have dealt with a wide variety of property work, particularly focussing  upon development land site acquisitions and commercial property transactions. I have particular expertise in the drafting and negotiation of Commercial Leases and the Charging of Portfolios to private lenders. I became a Partner in October 2007.

I live in Tunbridge Wells with my wife and three young children, aged five, three and one. I actively enjoy squash, tennis and mountain walking, and less actively these days, football. I also have just taken up cycling with my new year's resolution being to cycle the fifteen miles or so into the office, though it's still yet to happen.
