I joined Sharratts in 2006 and was made a Partner in 2010.  I am the Head of the Disposals team and deal solely with Registered Provider clients in relation to all types of property disposal.

I am an expert in all aspects of property disposal for RP's and was actively involved in the consultation process on the drafting of the new Shared Ownership model lease in 2010.  I have in depth knowledge of the provisions of this model lease and regularly provide training sessions in this area.

Prior to joining Sharratts I dealt predominantly with property work for developer clients including related plot sale disposals together with other commercial property matters.

I am married and live in Oxted.  I enjoy travelling, reading and (to my surprise) recently discovered a love of gardening.
