Jo Evans

I joined Sharratts in November 2023 after working in a number of London and regional based firms undertaking general commercial property work, sales, acquisitions and portfolio investment work. Over the last 10 years I have been specialising in development work sales and disposals for landowners, developers and registered providers.

I have experience in drafting and negotiating option agreements, promotion agreements and development agreements as well as sales to registered providers on large new build estates in Kent.

In my spare time I enjoy playing hockey, running, walking my dog and spending time with my children.
