Kate Lewis

I am a Chartered Legal Executive and have more than 10 years’ experience in plot sales site set up, development and related matters.  I was previously with Cripps LLP acting both for private developers and RPs and before that gained a wealth of experience working in-house for an East Sussex based developer. 

I joined Sharratts in September 2017 and initially dealt with the site set up elements for developments of both private and shared ownership sales.

I moved into the Development Team in September 2019 and now deal with development land site acquisitions, Nominations Agreements, Section 106 Agreements and other commercial property transactions.  I was made an Associate in 2020. 

 In my spare time I enjoy playing netball, am an active member of my local Young Farmer’s Club and am a Council member for the South of England Agricultural Society.
